Get phone consultations with a lawyer on an unlimited number of business topics and up to one hour of legal research per topic. Includes pre-existing situations.
Legal services for CRA audits of your personal federal tax return that include business items on Schedule C and Schedule E.
Submit up to 3 business documents per month. Your lawyer will review them and provide advice. Each document can be up to 15 pages.
Have your lawyer write letters or make calls on your behalf up to 6 time per year. Get one follow up letter or call on each of the 6 different legal issues addressed.
Business related legal services not covered by the standard benefits are 25% off your lawyer’s standard hourly rates.
Your lawyer can prepare up to 3 collection letters each month on their firm letterhead to recover debts owed to your business.

Trial Defense Supplement
All LegalShield Personal Plans include trial defense services. However, since trials can be time consuming and expensive, some members like to add extra trial defense time to their plan. With our trial defense supplement, you get an additional 100 hours of lawyer time to defend you at trial for only $12.95 a month.

Each year of membership, through your fifth year, earns you an additional 100 hours of lawyer trial defense and pre-trial preparation hours as follows.
You will get 25 additional pre-trial hours for each year of your membership.
You will get 75 additional trial hours for each year of your membership.
